CONDITIONS

Extra fee of 10 % for only-1-night-stay. Discount of 20% for every night after the seventh; discount of 30% for any other night after the fifteenth. Discount of 60% for 30 nights. Children sleeping in their parents' bed pay – only if they have breakfast – just 5 € per night; if they do not eat breakfast, they do not pay anything. Final cleaning € 15.

 

Check in from 15:00 to 22:00

Check out from 08:00 to 10:00

No smoking inside. Smoking is permitted outdoor (patio, garden) and in case in the tavern.

Anticipated payment at the check in.

Guests checking out before the date indicated on the reservation will pay back up to 50% of the price of the cancelled days.
